Visualization of multi-modal chromatin data

Shown are heightmap renderings of chromatin data on single human chromosomes, based on thousands of genomic datasets of various data modalities, namely:

  • chromatin states (ChIP-seq, epilogos scores)
  • chromatin accessibility (DNase-seq)
  • chromosome conformation (Hi-C)

Centromeres and other unmapped regions are shown by way of “lakes”.
